How to Register

To use the website as an operator you must register an operator account. Once we have established that you are a coach operator, we will approve your company and you will receive a confirmation email, and your operator number.

To login as an operator you need to:

• login with your email and password
• choose the orange operator tab on the top menu bar and enter your new operator number and your password
• once you are an approved operator, you need to enter your terms and conditions before you can start listing your holidays

To list a holiday on the website you need to enter the following information:

Holiday information
The information you supply on this page will be seen by people searching the website, therefore the clearer and more accurate the description, the more useful the information will be (you can copy and paste this information from your computer files or website).

If you don't wish to give child discounts, enter the full price for child prices and the minimum age as 0. If you enter a reduced holiday price, even a small amount, then the holiday will be listed in the Special Offers section and you will get email and text alerts to further promote the holiday.

Insurance
To sell insurance you need to enter the terms of the policy. You can copy and paste this information or you can include a link to your relevant website page.

If you don't sell insurance then you can leave this section blank. If insurance is included in the holiday price, put this in your holiday description and again leave this section blank.

Pick-up Points
Although we have hundreds of pick-up points around the country which you can select, you will probably find that some or all of your pick-up points aren't listed. To add pick-up points, you will need to enter the pick-up description and either enter the postcode or a Google map code (instructions are on the website).

If you cannot find either, leave the postcode and Google map blank and coachbookings.com will fill them in (this will mean it will take a little longer for your holiday to be listed on the website).
